I started Health Alignment to share my love for Plant-Based food and to show just how easy it can be to make delicious food with healthy and cost-effective ingredients.

I am a Plant-Based Chef with a Bcom in Hospitality Management, a Food Photographer through the elite Foodtography School and soon to be Vegan Nutrition Health Coach.
