One of my favorite benefits of juicing is that it is great for your skin. What we put in our bodies is so important as it has a huge impact on our skin. By juicing fruits and vegetables, our bodies are able to absorb more nutrients from green vegetables that are vital to improving skin health.
Now that we have gone through some of the benefits of juicing, lets go through the benefits of the ingredients in the antioxidant green juice.
There are many reasons green apples are great for our bodies as they are full of antioxidants and a rich in vitamin C. Consuming green apples on an empty stomach is great as the antioxidants fight off free radicals which cause damage to our cells.

An interesting benefit of cabbage is that it is beneficial for the brain and treating neural disorders such as Alzheimer’s.
Cabbage has many nutrients such as vitamin E which helps keep our skin, eyes and hair healthy.
The calcium, magnesium and potassium in cabbage is great for our bodies.

4 Green apples
4 celery sticks
1 handful of broccoli
1 handful of cabbage
Insert all the ingredients into a juicer and juice all the goodness together.
