Chia Seed Oat Flapjacks

Hello there and thank you so much for visiting our site today. Introducing Chia Seed Oat Flapjacks! I've been so excited to share this recipe with you guys as it really is so delicious. I've been making them for a few days in a row now! This is a really great meal to have with the colder months approaching as these Oat Chia Flapjacks are so wholesome and fulling.

The base of these flapjacks are made with ground oats. Lets talk about oats for a second, do you know how incredibly nourishing oats are? Whole oats are rich in antioxidants, contain plenty of fibre and can lower cholesterol levels and improve blood sugar control. In this recipe I use chia seeds as an egg replacer and they work great, they also add more nourishment to these flapjacks. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids as well as being rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.

These flapjacks are light and fluffy. They're delicious and healthy which makes for a great meal for adults and kids. So lets get started.
