Three words: Vegan Salted Caramel. Yes, it is real and what's better yet is that it's HEALTHY!
You will need:
Prep 10 Minutes
Set time 30 minutes
8 Dates pitted
2 Tablespoons of coconut cream
Pinch of vanilla
100 ml water
Big pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of sweetener
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
Soak your dates in the 100ml of water overnight or for at least 1/2 an hour.
Place all the dates and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
Place in a jar in the fridge and allow to set for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy topping off your favourite smoothies and ice creams with this creamy salted caramel sauce.
