Raw Salted Caramel Sauce



Three words: Vegan Salted Caramel. Yes, it is real and what's better yet is that it's HEALTHY!

You will need:

Blender

Prep 10 Minutes

Set time 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 Dates pitted

  • 2 Tablespoons of coconut cream

  • Pinch of vanilla

  • 100 ml water

  • Big pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Soak your dates in the 100ml of water overnight or for at least 1/2 an hour.

  2. Place all the dates and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.

  4. Place in a jar in the fridge and allow to set for about 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy topping off your favourite smoothies and ice creams with this creamy salted caramel sauce.
