Quick,easy and simple. These vegan waffles are perfect for Saturday morning breakfast with kids and family.
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
Time 25 minutes
Makes 6 waffles
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons sugar of choice
1&1/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon vanilla essance
Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Allow the batter to stand for 5 minutes.
Place a 1/2 cup of the batter in the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
