Vegan Waffles


Quick,easy and simple. These vegan waffles are perfect for Saturday morning breakfast with kids and family.

You will need:

Waffle Iron

Mixing bowl

Measuring cups and spoons

Time 25 minutes

Makes 6 waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons sugar of choice

  • 1&1/4 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essance

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

  3. Allow the batter to stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Place a 1/2 cup of the batter in the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

  5. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
