Snickers Smoothie Bowl



Creamy, delicious smoothie bowl thats gives you the perfect kick to start your day.

You will need

Blender Measuring Cups and spoons

5 minutes

Ingredients: for the smoothie bowl

  • 2-3 Frozen bananas

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 2-3 dates pitted

  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter or more

  • 100 ml water

Directions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients until creamy texture.

  2. Pour into smoothie bowl and top with favourite fruits, granola and raw salted caramel sauce or raw chocolate sauce.(recipes below)

Raw Chocolate Sauce:

You will need:

Blender

Prep 10 Minutes

Set time 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 Dates pitted

  • 2 Tablespoons coconut cream

  • Pinch of vanilla

  • 100ml water

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter or tahini for nut free

Directions:

  1. Soak your dates in the 100ml of water over night or for at least 1/2 an hour.

  2. Place all the dates and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.

  4. Place in a jar in the fridge and allow to set for about 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy topping off your favourite smoothies and ice creams with this creamy raw chocolate sauce.

Raw Salted Caramel Sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 8 Dates pitted

  • 2 Tablespoons of coconut cream

  • Pinch of vanilla

  • 100 Ml water

  • Big pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Soak your dates in the 100ml of water over night or for at least 1/2 an hour.

  2. Place all the dates and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
