Peanut Butter fudge


The easiest fudge around. No Kidding. This is a total game changer.

Gluten free

Soy Free

Ingredients

  • 5 dates pitted

  • 100 ml water

  • 3 Tablespoons of maple or agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence or extract

  • pinch of salt

  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)

Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Line your dish with cling wrap and pour the mixture in.

  3. Place in the freezer to set for about 4-6 hours.

  4. Remove and cut into squares.
