Peanut Butter fudge

The easiest fudge around. No Kidding. This is a total game changer.
Gluten free
Soy Free
Ingredients
5 dates pitted
100 ml water
3 Tablespoons of maple or agave syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence or extract
pinch of salt
4 tablespoon peanut butter
4 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
Directions:
Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Line your dish with cling wrap and pour the mixture in.
Place in the freezer to set for about 4-6 hours.
Remove and cut into squares.
