Perfect cheese for pizza, pasta, lasagne and much more.
1 boiled potato (with or without the skin)
1 boiled carrot (with or without the skin)
1/2 cup of water
1 Teaspoon of garlic
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons tapioca flour
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Salt and pepper
Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Transfer mixture over to a pot and cook on medium heat until the mixture becomes thick and melted cheese like.
