Protein Packed Oat Breakfast Bowl

This is a great high protein and calorie-packed breakfast that will leave you feeling full and fuelled all morning long.

With this meal, you are looking at 17g of protein and you will be getting in about 560 calories.


  • 3/4 cup of rolled or jungle oats

  • 1 Cup of boiling water

  • Pinch of cinnamon and mixed spice

  • A pinch of salt

  • A Teaspoon of peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup of plant-based milk

  • A Teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 2 Tablespoons sugar-free granola

  • A Tablespoon cranberries

  • 1-2 Tablespoons of sweetener of your choice such as maple syrup (optional)

  • More nut butter (optional)


  1. Mix the oats, boiling water, a pinch of cinnamon and mixed spice, pinch of salt and the peanut butter in your pot and cook on the stove at medium heat for about 5 minutes until the oats are cooked through.

  2. Place the cooked oats into your bowl and pour the milk into the bowl and top off the oats with chia seeds, sugar-free granola and cranberries as well as some sweetener of your choice and some more nut butters.
