This Nuts and bolts smoothie is sure to crank up your energy and keep you feeling full and fuelled all morning long.
You will need:
Measuring spoons and cups
2 bananas (frozen is best for extra creaminess)
1 1/2 teaspoons of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
10-15g on your favourite nuts
1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
2-3 pitted dates
100-150 ml of water
2 Ice cubes
Place all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Add extra water to get your desired constancy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy or turn it into a smoothie bowl and top with your favourite granola and fresh fruits.
