These protein-packed brownies are the perfect sweet treat while keeping it healthy!
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
Time: 50 minutes
1 cup of ground rolled oats
3 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder
3/4 cup of sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
2/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of cooked chickpeas
60 g of crushed walnuts
Mix all your dry ingredients.
Blend your chickpeas and water until smooth and then add your wet ingredients.
Mix your dry and wet ingredients together.
Pour into a baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
