Vegan Cream Cheese

Easy peasy vegan cream cheese that's perfect for so many dishes!

You will need:

A blender

Measuring cups and spoons

Jar for storage

Prep time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Vegan Cream Cheese:


  • 1 cup soaked cashews

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic or powder


1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and place in a jar and store in the refrigerator.
