Vegan Doggie Treats

Delicious treats for your best friend with as little as six ingredients!
You will need:
Food processor
Grater
Mixing bowl
Oven tray
Measuring cups and spoons
Time:60 minutes
Makes about 40 doggie treats
Ingredients:
250g of butternut of pumpkin
250g of sweet potato
1 large grated carrot
2 1/2 cups of ground down oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Directions:
Boil your vegetables until they are soft.
In a food processor mix the oats, carrot and peanut butter and melted coconut oil.
In a blender,blend the vegetables until they are smooth.
In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together until well combined.If the mixture is still soft add in more oats.
Place in the fridge to rest for about 1 hour.
Remove your dough from the fridge and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the dough on a well floured surface about 0.5mm t0 1 cm thick.
Using cookie cutter cut our your favourite shapes and place the cookies on a non stick or oiled baking tray.
Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes until slightly hard. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an air tight container in the fridge:)
