You will need:

Blender/food processor

Mixing bowl


Prep time:15 minutes

Set Time: 8 Hours


Base layer

  • 1 cup of pitted dates

  • 80 g of mixed seeds

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1/4 cup of warm water

Second layer

  • 5 Tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup of warm water

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla or caramel essence

  • 1 cup of puffed rice

Chocolate layer

  • 5 Tablespoons of maple syrup or agave syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla or caramel

  • essence

  • 2 tablespoons of water


  1. Start with your base layer by placing all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until slightly smooth and well combined. Place the mixture into the bottom of your dish and spread the mixture evenly and press down until smooth.

  2. Next step is your second layer. Place all the ingredients except the puffed rice into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. By hand mix in the puffed rice into the second layer.

  4. Pour the second layer o top of the first layer and spread evenly.

  5. Finally mix all the ingredients together for the chocolate layer until smooth and well combined.

  6. Spread the chocolate layer on top of the second layer. Place in the fridge to set for about 8 hours and enjoy!
