Warm Chia Seed Pudding



This Warm Chia Seed Pudding is a great warm meal or delicious dessert!

You will need:

Mixing bowl

Measuring cups and spoons

Pot

Prep 1 Hour

Cooking Time 15 Minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 cup soya milk

  • Pinch cinnamon

  • 2 -3 tablespoons of Agave or Maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon

  • 2 teaspoon tapioca flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 1/4 cup of water

Directions:

  1. Soak the Chia Seeds in the soya milk overnight or for 1 hour before.

  2. In a pot mix together all of your ingredients except for the water and tapioca flour.

  3. On medium heat place the pot on the stove and heat up the pudding just until it starts to bubble.

  4. Mix together the tapioca flour and water.

  5. Pour the water mix into the pudding and mix through until the chia seed mix becomes thick.

  6. Remove from pot and serve with fresh fruits.
