Oat Crunchies

Oat Crunchies that are good enough to pass for breakfast 🌱
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups of regular oats
Pinch of salt
2 -3 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 smashed bananas
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melted dark chocolate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Mix together all of your ingredients except the dark chocolate.
Place the mixture into a well oiled baking tray.
Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until slightly Golden.
Remove from oven and cut into slices.
Melt your dark chocolate and drizzle on-top
