Oat Crunchies


Oat Crunchies that are good enough to pass for breakfast 🌱

Ingredients:

  • 1&1/2 cups of regular oats

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 -3 tablespoons of maple syrup

  • 2 smashed bananas

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Melted dark chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

  2. Mix together all of your ingredients except the dark chocolate.

  3. Place the mixture into a well oiled baking tray.

  4. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until slightly Golden.

  5. Remove from oven and cut into slices.

  6. Melt your dark chocolate and drizzle on-top
