Chocolate Oat Muffins

Ingredients:
Dry:
1 cup ground oats
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa nibs or vegan choc nibs(optional)
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Wet
1/2 a cup of cooler coffee
2 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2/3 cup of water or oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix together all your dry ingredients
Add in wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Spoon into oiled muffin tray.
Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes
Sprinkle with icing sugar or 3 ingredient chocolate sauce(recipe below)
