You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
Makes 1 large cup or 2 smalls
1&1/2 cups milk (soy, almond, oat, coconut ect)
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
Dash of mixed spice
1 tablespoon syrup or sweetener of choice
1/2 teaspoon tahini (optional)
1 Teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder(found at most health stores)
Mix all of your ingredients together.
Place the pot on the stove to heat up on medium heat and boil for about 1 minute.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!
