All you need is:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup of cornflour

  • 1 cup of castor sugar

  • 2/3 cup of coconut oil or vegan butter

  • 1/4 cup of water


1.Preheat oven to 160 ° C.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients.

3. Place the mixture into a dish and evenly spread out. Using a fork, poke holes throughout the top.
