Apple and peach crumble
Updated: Dec 13, 2020
I love apple crumble! And to be honest it's one of the desserts that I probably had most growing up. I didn't have enough apples to make just an apple crumble so I added in a tin of peaches and this just took the whole thing to the next level!

You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
mixing bowl
baking dish
time 45 minutes

Ingredients:
1 tin peaches
1 tin pie apples
For the crumble
2 cups self-raising flour or all-purpose
2 cups brown sugar or muscovado sugar
2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2/3 cup vegan butter such as flora

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Drain your pie apples and the peaches, saving the syrup for later if you would like to serve it with the apple crumble.
Place the fruit into your baking dish and start with the crumble.
Now start with the crumble. If you have a food processor you can just add in all the ingredients and pulse until the crumble forms or your can do it by hand. What I did was add all the dry ingredients and them I slowly crumble into the cold vegan butter using my hands to mix the crumble together.
Break the crumble up into nice size pieces on top of your fruit in the baking dish.
Place the dish in the oven to bake for about 30-35 minutes.
