Apricot Jam Biscuits

Apricot Jam Biscuits!


This could be my new favorite biscuit recipe ❤.

I love these so much I’ve made them twice is less than 24 hours



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all flour

  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of apricot jam



Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C°.

  2. Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl a mix.

  3. In the microwave heat your jam up slightly until it becomes runnier.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mix. Combine the two mixtures.

  5. Using about 1 tablespoon of the dough, roll a ball and place it on the oiled baking tray. Repeat with the remaining dough.

  6. Using a fork press down on the balls until they are slightly flattened.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
