Baked Vegan Doughnuts

Easy baked doughnuts perfect for Valentine’s Day 🌿
1 & 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar of your choice
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 cups of water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Preheat your oven to 180 °C and spray your doughnut baking tray.
Mix together the dry ingredients and add in the wet.
Pour evenly into doughnut tray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Allow to cool while you mix your icing.
For the white glaze mix 1/2 cup of icing sugar with 3 tablespoons of plant based milk.
For the red glaze mix 1/2 cup of icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of plant based milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of pink food coloring or 1 tablespoon of beetroot juice 🌸
Ice your cooled doughnuts and enjoy!
