Refined Sugar &oil-free
This week we’ve tried to cut down on our refined oils and sugars so I made these little squares for an afternoon treat🌱
2 cups of self-raising flour
1 cup of raisins of choice
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup desiccated coconut
3 tablespoons of sweetener of choice such as xylitol, coconut sugar, etc.
2 bananas mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of plant-based milk
Preheat oven to 180°C and spray baking tin.
Add your dry ingredients to your mixing bowl and mix together.
Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
Pour the batter evenly into the baking dish and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
