Banana Oats


I have been adding banana to my oats for years and will never go be back 🍃 also the trick with oats is to add just the right amount of salt 🌿



Serves: 1

Time: 20 minutes



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats of choice

  • 1 1/3 cup boiling water

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add your boiling water, oats, mashed banana, and a pinch of salt and cinnamon to your pot and cook on medium heat for a good 8 or so minutes 🍃stir in your plant-based milk, and cook another minute or so.

  2. Pour into your bowl and your toppings.

Toppings:

Cinnamon

Nut butter

Fresh Banana

Plant-based milk
