I love this new porridge. I've always used bulgur wheat in savory dishes so I thought I would give it a go as something sweet.
You will need:
Measuring cups and spoons
serves 2 or 1 big portion
1/2 cup of raw bulgur wheat
2/3 cup of soya milk or any other plant-based milk
1/4 cup of water
Pinch of salt
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Add all of your ingredients into your pot and bring to boil.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the bulgur wheat is soft. Serve with all your favorite toppings.
