Carob and peanut butter tart

This is such a delicious Pie and pretty easy to make!

Crust:
1 and a half cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cups of brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of plant-based milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Filling:
1 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
2/3 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup sweetener such as agave syrup or maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of cornflour
For the carob sauce:
2 tablespoons of carob powder
2-3 tablespoons of plant-based milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener
Toppings:
Toasted coconut

Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add in the wet ingredients and combine until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly throughout your oiled pie tin/dish.
Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
Once the crust has finished baking allow to cool slightly while you start with the filling.
Place 1/2 of your milk into a glass and mix in the cornflour.
In your pot on medium heat add in the rest of the milk, sweetener, peanut butter.
Add in the cornflour and milk mix and cook the mixture until it thickens.
Once the filling has thickened add in the vanilla.
Pour the filling into your pie crust and place it in the fridge or freezer to set for 30-45 minutes.
