Carob Biscuits

Vegan Carob Biscuits, so quick and easy to make
Ingredients:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar (brown, coconut, etc)
1/2 cup Carob powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2/3 cup plant-based milk

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180.
In your mixing bowl mix all your dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.
Measure out about a tablespoon of the dough and roll them into balls, placing them on your oiled baking tray.
Using a fork flatten out the balls by gently pressing down.
Place the tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes 🌿
