Carob Biscuits


Vegan Carob Biscuits, so quick and easy to make


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup of sugar (brown, coconut, etc)

  • 1/2 cup Carob powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2/3 cup plant-based milk




Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180.

  2. In your mixing bowl mix all your dry ingredients.

  3. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.

  4. Measure out about a tablespoon of the dough and roll them into balls, placing them on your oiled baking tray.

  5. Using a fork flatten out the balls by gently pressing down.

  6. Place the tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes 🌿
