Carrot and Banana muffins

Here’s the recipe below these Banana and carrot muffins
You will need:
Mixing bowl
measuring cups and spoons
grater for the carrots
time 35 minutes
makes 12-16 muffins
muffin tray or loaf tin

Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of sugar of your choice
1 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup of carrots grated
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cream of tar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of raisins(optional)

Wet
1/2 cups of coconut oil or sunflower oil
1 &1-4 cup of plant-based milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 bananas mashed

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C and oil your muffin tray.
In a mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and stir. And in the wet ingredients and combine the two mixtures.
Pour them evenly into your muffin tray and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
