Chocolate and Berry Granola

This Chocolate and berry granola is quick to make. It's oil-free and refined sugar-free packed with all things good.

You will need:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Blender

  • Baking tray

  • Time 35 minutes

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 2 cup oats(I used jungle oats)

  • 1/2 cup of raisins

  • 1/2 cup of dried berries

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder



Wet:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3-4 tablespoons of sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Blend the banana, water, and cocoa powder together until smooth.

  3. In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Add in the wet ingredients.

  5. Pour onto your baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes turning it halfway through.
