These chocolate oat cookies are such a treat with a cup of tea.
Quick and easy to make with no complicated ingredients.
2 cups of oats
half cup xylitol/coconut sugar/brown sugar
3 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
Just than 1/2 a cup of plant-based milk or water
1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
1 tablespoon sweetener
Dash of vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Preheat your oven to 180 C°.
Blend your oats until they are fine.
In your mixing bowl add in all your dry ingredients.
Add in your wet ingredients and mix.
Leave the mixture to stand for about 5-10 minutes.
Spray your baking tray.
Roll your mixture into balls of about 1 tablespoon.
Flatten the balls using a fork.
Place in the oven to bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before drizzling with chocolate sauce.
