Chocolate Oat Balls

Chocolate oat balls 🍃These make the perfect snack on the go!
Ingredients:
Dry:
2 cup of oats ground
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
Wet:
3 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons of sweetener
3-4 tablespoons plant-based milk
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut for rolling the balls

Directions:
Blend your oats until they are fine.
Place all the dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix together.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and roll out a ball. Dip the ball in the coconut and roll it around until covered. Repeat for the remaining mixture and enjoy 🌱
