Chocolate Oat Balls


Chocolate oat balls 🍃These make the perfect snack on the go!

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 2 cup of oats ground

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder

  • Wet:

  • 3 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 6 tablespoons of sweetener

  • 3-4 tablespoons plant-based milk


  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut for rolling the balls



Directions:

  1. Blend your oats until they are fine.

  2. Place all the dry ingredients into your mixing bowl and mix together.

  3. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand and roll out a ball. Dip the ball in the coconut and roll it around until covered. Repeat for the remaining mixture and enjoy 🌱
