Salads are all about a variety of textures and a great dressing! This creamy Ranch dressing goes so well with most salads and I was delighted to try Salad Tops Croutons which added the perfect crunch to my salad fulling me with satisfaction!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup of cold water
3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with your favourite salad and Salad Tops Croutons. Mine had crispy lettuce, baby tomatoes, shredded purple cabbage and carrots, raw corn and black beans and Sundried Tomtoe Salad Tops Croutons.
