Double Chocolate Vegan Flapjacks

These double cholate flapjacks are so good! As you slice them open all this delicious melted chocolate pours out in just the right amounts ๐ฟ
Hereโs the recipe
Dry:
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
50g dark chocolate chopped
Wet:
1 cup of plant-based milk
1/3 cup of water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Toppings:
Maple syrup
30 g of melted dark chocolate

Directions:
Add the dry ingredients to your mixing bowl. In another small mixing bowl add in the wet ingredients and allow to sit for a minute before adding it to the dry ingredients.
Mix until well combined.
Place a splash of coconut oil on your pan and turn the heat to medium-high.
Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture into the pan. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes before flipping and cooking a further minute on the other side.
Continue until your battle has finished.
Melt your chocolate and mix about a tablespoon of plantbased milk to thin down.
Drizzle your flapjacks with chocolate and maple syrup and enjoy ๐
