Easy 20 Minute Vegan Scones

These Vegan scones are the perfect tea time treat to make!
You will need:
Mixing bowl
Measuring cups and spoons
Glass or cookie cutter
Time: 20 minutes
Makes about 12-15 scones

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar of choice
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 heaped tablespoons vegan butter or coconut oil
2/3 cup of soya milk
1 Teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Add in the butter/coconut oil and break into the flour.
Add the teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the soya milk and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Add the milk to the flour mix and stir until a dough forms.
Roll your dough out about 1 cm thick onto a floured surface.
Using a glass or cookie cutter, cut out your desired size scones.
Place on an oiled baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
