Easy Green Smoothie


Green smoothies are one of my favorite ways to sneak extra greens in without even tasting them! 🌿




My favorite combo is:

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1/2 cups of plant-based milk depending on your desired consistency

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach

  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder

  • Optional 1 teaspoon of nut butter 🍃



Directions:

  1. Blend it up and enjoy 🌿
