Easy Peasy Gluten-free Flapjacks


Easy Peasy Gluten-free Flapjacks 🌱I had these yesterday for breakfast and they were unreal and so quick to make 🌿


Here’s what you need:

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup of GF cake flour

  • 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener


Wet ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk mixed with 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar


Directions:

  1. Mix together all your dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients.

  2. Heat your pan up to medium to high heat. Spray your pan with a little oil.

  3. Place two tablespoons of the mixture for each flapjack and cook for about 2 minutes and then flip and cook for about a further minute on the other side.

  4. Serve with some fresh fruit, coconut cream, and a dash of maple syrup 🍃
