Easy small-batch baked vegan doughnuts in just s few minutes! Enjoy these baked doughnuts without all the extra oil from regular fried doughnuts!
1 cup of cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup oil
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/3 cup of dark chocolate
1/4 cup of coconut cream
Preheat your oven to 180°C and spray your doughnut tin.
In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
Pour the batter into your doughnut tin.
Place in the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes.
Allow to cool once finished baking.
Once your doughnuts have chilled for about 10–15 minutes you can start with the glaze.
Melt the dark chocolate. Mix in the coconut cream until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
Dip each doughnut into the chocolate sauce until the top is covered.
