Easy vegan cherry scones 🍃Perfect for any tea time🌿
2 cups cake flour
3 tablespoons of brown sugar or xylitol
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
120 g of glaze Cherries or fresh cherries pitted and sliced in half
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons plant-based milk
Preheat your oven to 180.
In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients.
Add in your wet ingredients and mix.
Form your scones using your hands and place them on an oiled baking tray.
Bake for 18-22 minutes and enjoy
