The easiest gluten-free vegan brownies using @orgransa gluten-free all-purpose flour 🌱
Here is what you need:
1 1/2 cups of @orgransa gluten-free flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 handful of crushed walnuts
1/2 cup of coconut oil
2 cups of plant-based milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Mix together all your dry ingredients
Add your wet ingredients and mix.
Pour into your baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Drizzle coconut condensed milk such as nature's charm from dischem (optional) over with a sprinkle of walnuts.
