Grain-Free Bircher bowl


This is the ultimate feel-good breakfast. It is so wholesome and satisfying. Between all the goodness from the chia seeds and boost from the hemp seeds, this bowl is bound to get your day off to the right start.


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of milk or water


Top with Nut butter or seed butter of your choice and cinnamon.



Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a bowl and mix. Place it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Serve with a generous drizzle of nut butter.
