Green Veggie Fritters


Easy green veggie fritters 🌿 The perfect side or starter to many dishes!


Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 1 cup cake flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup spring onions finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup finely broccoli chopped

Wet:

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • More olive oil more frying



Directions:

  1. Mix together all your dry ingredients.

  2. Add in the wet ingredients and combine.

  3. Heat up your pan with a touch of oil on medium to high heat.

  4. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into your pan and fry until bubbles and flip.

  5. Cook the other side for another minute and remove.

  6. Continue with the remaining batter abs adjust the heat by turning it down slightly if cooking too fast.
