Home-made Vegan CoCo Pop

Homemade CoCo Pops! 🌱I’ve been so excited to share this recipe with you guys! I always used to love coco pops growing up and haven’t had them in over a decade so I decided to try to make some and they turned out great! They so quick and easy to make plus they don’t have any of the nasties in. These are naturally gluten-free and refined sugar-free! All you need is about 20 minutes to make this delicious cereal.
Ingredients:
•4 cups of puffed brown rice
•1/2 cup of melted coconut oil( I used @crede_natural_oils )
•3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or Cacao powder •pinch of salt •2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
•4 tablespoons of liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or coconut syrup
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Melt your coconut oil and mix in the cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and syrup.
Place your puffed rice in a bowl and pour the cocoa mixture over. Mix it around until all the rice puffs are coated.
Turn the mixture out onto your baking tray and spread evenly.
Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Serve with your favourite plant-based milk or use as a delicious topping for smoothie bowls! •
