With heritage day coming up I thought it would be perfect to make this milk tart smoothie recipe 🌱
Here’s what you need:
2 frozen bananas or fresh but just add some ice then.
1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of plant-based milk (depending on how thick you like it)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of mixed spice
2 dates or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 teaspoon Maca powder
Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Dip the tip of your glass in some almond butter and sprinkle some oats on top 🌱
