Milk tart Smoothie


With heritage day coming up I thought it would be perfect to make this milk tart smoothie recipe 🌱

Here’s what you need:


  • 2 frozen bananas or fresh but just add some ice then.

  • 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of plant-based milk (depending on how thick you like it)

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Dash of nutmeg

  • Dash of mixed spice

  • 2 dates or sweetener of choice

  • 1 teaspoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder


  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Dip the tip of your glass in some almond butter and sprinkle some oats on top 🌱
