These Nice cream "magnums" are such a great sweet treat with out any refined sugars.
All you need is:
For the nice cream
6 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons of Agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 g strawberries ( about 7 strawberries)
1/4 cup of coconut milk
For the chocolate coating:
5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
4 tablespoons agave
1 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Add all your ingredients for the nice cream into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your lolly holders and place in the freezer to set over night.
Once your lollies have set, mix all the ingredients together for the chocolate coating.
Remove the lollies from their holder and coat each one with the chocolate sauce.
*if you are struggling to remove your lollies from the holder, don’t worry just run each one under hot water for 4-5 seconds
*if you don’t have lolly holders don’t worry you can totally just pour the ice cream into a tub and then serve it with the chocolate sauce 🌱
