These no-bake Strawberry🍓 Jam tarts are amazingly quick to make and take only a few minutes.
You will need:
two tart dishes
Makes 2 tarts
For the base:
4@bakersbiscuitsginger biscuits (the vegan ones)
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
For the filling:
2/3 a cup of plant-based milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of cornflour or tapioca flour
1& 1/2 tablespoons of strawberry jam
Crumble your biscuits and mix in the melted coconut oil.
Divide into two and spread evenly down as the base for your two tarts.
Mix your cornflour and milk together.
Add to your pot with the jam and cook until it has thickened while continuously stirring.
Pour the mixture into your two tarts and top with the toppings or whatever you feel will be a good match 🌿 •
