Oat Balls with Dark Chocolate and Berries

These are so good with bites of chocolate and berries coming through in each mouthful 🌱
All you need is:
Mixing bowl
Measuring cups and spoons
Baking tray
Time:45 minutes
Makes about 12 balls

Ingredients:
Dry
2 cups of oats(I used jungle oats)
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup berries/raisins(I used goji berries and cranberries)
2 tablespoons flax seeds ground
Pinch of salt

Wet:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sweetener
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
3 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter
1/3 cup of plant-based milk

Directions:
Mix together all your dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
Rest the mixture for 15 minutes while you preheat the oven to 180 °c.
Roll your ball using a tablespoon of mixture at a time and place on your oiled baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. While they are baking you can prepare the chocolate sauce.

All you need is:
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons of sweetener (I used maple syrup)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Mix them all together and once your oat balls are ready allow to cool slightly wrote drizzling with the sauce. 🍫🌰🍫🌰🍫
