Happy #internationalflapjackday 🌿Here’s a super easy recipe for these Vegan Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam Flapjacks 🌱
1 1/2 cups of cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup of water
1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
1 heaped teaspoon of strawberry jam
2 tablespoons maple syrup
In your mixing bowl add in all the dry ingredients and mix. Add in the wet ingredients and combine.
Heat your pan up with about half a teaspoon of coconut oil. Add in 1/4 cup of the flapjack mix.
Fry at medium heat until bubbles form and start to pop.
Flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with more peanut butter, jam and maple syrup and enjoy!
