Happy Sunday! 🌱Before you go to bed tonight I suggest you make this Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream so you have the perfect treat to get you through the week 🌿
All you need is:
For the ice-cream base:
4 frozen bananas
1 tin of coconut cream or milk
3 tablespoons of sweetener of choice or sub with dates
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the peanut butter swirls
3 tablespoons of peanut butter(smooth or crunchy)
1 tablespoon of sweetener
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Place all of your ingredients for the ice-cream in your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your ice-cream dish.
In a bowl mix the peanut butter swirl ingredients and dollop nice chunks throughout the ice-cream 🌿
Place in the freezer to set overnight. Remove from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving 🌱
