Peanut Butter Ice Cream



Happy Sunday! 🌱Before you go to bed tonight I suggest you make this Vegan Peanut Butter Ice Cream so you have the perfect treat to get you through the week 🌿



All you need is:

For the ice-cream base:

  • 4 frozen bananas

  • 1 tin of coconut cream or milk

  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener of choice or sub with dates

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


For the peanut butter swirls

  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter(smooth or crunchy)

  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract



Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients for the ice-cream in your blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into your ice-cream dish.

  3. In a bowl mix the peanut butter swirl ingredients and dollop nice chunks throughout the ice-cream 🌿

  4. Place in the freezer to set overnight. Remove from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving 🌱
