Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

The easiest tea time treat!


  • 1 roll of vegan puff pastry

  • 3-4 tablespoons of vegan butter

  • 1/3 cup of sugar of your choice

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


  1. Thaw out your puff pastry.

  2. Preheat your oven to 180 and spray a baking dish.

  3. Flour your kitchen counter and roll out your pastry until you have a long rectangular shape.

  4. Mix your butter, sugar, and cinnamon together.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly to cover the puff pastry.

  6. Roll into a long sausage like shape.

  7. Using a sharp knife slice each rolls about 4/5cm thick.

  8. Place the rolls on your baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.

  9. Once finished baking, drizzle with some icing glaze (just icing sugar mixed with some plant based milk)

  10. Enjoy because life’s to short not to! 🌿
