The easiest tea time treat!
1 roll of vegan puff pastry
3-4 tablespoons of vegan butter
1/3 cup of sugar of your choice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Thaw out your puff pastry.
Preheat your oven to 180 and spray a baking dish.
Flour your kitchen counter and roll out your pastry until you have a long rectangular shape.
Mix your butter, sugar, and cinnamon together.
Spread the mixture evenly to cover the puff pastry.
Roll into a long sausage like shape.
Using a sharp knife slice each rolls about 4/5cm thick.
Place the rolls on your baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once finished baking, drizzle with some icing glaze (just icing sugar mixed with some plant based milk)
