Strawberry Cake

This strawberry cake is so soft with the perfect amount of sweetness from the strawberries.
You will need:
Mixing bowl
Measuring cups and spoons
Baking dish/tin
Time 35 minutes

Ingredients:
Dry:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup brown sugar
8-10 strawberries sliced
Wet:
1/2 cup of coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of water or milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Icing:
1/2 cup of icing sugar
1 tablespoon plant-based milk
1 teaspoon rose water essence

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, add in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into your oiled dish of choice.
Place in the oven to bake for 25-35 minutes until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
Drizzle with icing and a dash of icing sugar, more strawberries and enjoy.
